Planet Ventures Proposes To Extend Expiry Of Warrants

VANCOUVER, British Columbia –February 25, 2021 – Planet Ventures Inc. (TSX.V: PXI; OTC: PNXPF; FSE: P6U1) (“Planet” or the “Company”) announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to extend the term of outstanding warrants (the “Warrants”) as follows:

• Extend the 4,000,000 Warrants that are set to expire on March 15, 2021 to March 15, 2022.

Each Warrant is exercisable into one post-consolidation common share (a “Share”) in the capital of the

Company at a price of $0.50 per Share. The extension is subject to Exchange approval.
